Taken during a photostop at Thomastown on the Waterford to Dublin line during F&W Railtours "Eireann Counties Crusader" railtour on 6 April 1985. Closest to the camera is no. 167 with 128 behind. The train crossed over here with a service train between Dublin and Waterford, of which can be seen to the right. Usual practice in Ireland is for trains to cross over "wrong direction" to the right hand side of a loop.
