I. License
This photography is protected by copyright. However, it may be used free of charge by anyone, provided that the conditions of the Creative Commons License “Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International” (CC BY-SA 4.0) are met. These provide, among other things, the naming of the author and the license as well as the setting of a hyperlink to the license text or its complete reprint. The naming should be set as specified by me, the author:
Please read the text of the license carefully before using the photography. If you do not understand the license text or do not agree with the terms, please refrain from using the photography. If you do not comply with the license terms, you do not acquire the right to use the photography. If you need a different license for use, please contact me before use.
Information about the license can be found in the section Licensing or as generally understandable summary or as complete license text at Creative Commons. When using, in addition to the above information, a hyperlink to the source – so this page with the descriptions and license terms – is desirable. Further information or application examples can be found at Reusing content outside Wikimedia (with image example).
The metadata of the file (IPTC / XMP) must not be removed or changed (§ 95c UrhG, “Protection of rights management information”).
From printed matter and other material products that use this photography, the user is asked to send me a copy as a thank you. However, this is not a condition for the use of photography. The postal address can be requested via the contact options.
Please note that I had a significant effort to make this photography. Therefore, it can only be fair to comply with the terms of the free license listed here. In case of non-compliance with the license conditions, the granted rights of use understandably expire automatically.
III. Disclaimer
Please note that the granting of the rights from the license relates exclusively to the photography itself, but not on the rights to the depicted object (e.g. copyright or property rights) or the personality rights of any persons depicted. I do not assume that the further use of photography intended by you is legally possible with regard to the depicted object or the depicted person. You are responsible for checking and observing these rights when publishing in the respective medium or country.
I do not guarantee the accuracy of the information given here (description, title, etc.). The general disclaimer applies.
to share – to copy, distribute and transmit the work
to remix – to adapt the work
Under the following conditions:
attribution – You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use.
share alike – If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you must distribute your contributions under the same or compatible license as the original.
This also means that the photographer has copyright protection.
The image may be used exclusively according to the rules of the free license listed here or with the express permission of the copyright holder. In the case of social media, particular attention should be paid to the terms of use. These do not always correspond to the license conditions listed here. (See also CC BY-SA licenses and social media.) Please check this before using in the respective medium.
It is not allowed to upload this file to Facebook, Instagram or other social networks.
A free license is not carte blanche to use. In particular, restrictions based on the license do not apply, for example by the personality rights of the author (Copyright law of Germany, §§ 12 to 14 UrhG). This applies in particular to the required naming and use of the image. It is expressly not permitted to give the impression by using the image that the author supports the work in which the image is used or its rights holder in any way.
The author would also like to make minor modifications only at the source available to him. This is a .dng file. Editing a .jpg file always results in an unwanted loss of quality. This ensures that the changes and quality are maintained. In addition, easy access to the source should also be possible for external use, which would not be possible via the file versions.
If you think that changes should be required, or if you have constructive criticism, please contact the author.
Please do not change the image file, the license or the file name!
The file name is part of the mandatory information of the license and should therefore not be changed. The three components image file, license and file name (title) are inseparable. The author of this image has provided it here exactly with the mentioned license. In case of incorrect information, the author is grateful for appropriate information.
Even though a wiki offers a wide range of modification options, some are possible but not acceptable. Remember that the image can be used outside the Wikimedia Commons world. This location and image file are referenced as part of the attribution.
If you want to make changes to this image and share it with others, upload it as a new image under a new name. To do this, use the derivative or extract template. Please name yourself as the editor when uploading a derivative or clipping, as you are responsible for the changes. Only licenses that are compatible with the aforementioned license are permitted as alternatives. Otherwise, any other form of licensing is reserved exclusively for the author. Anyone who enters a link expects the corresponding page to be displayed with the appropriate image. Anything else leads to uncertainty.
Furthermore I dissociate myself explicitly from pictures which are based on my photos and which have been changed even slightly by third parties and where, however, only my name is mentioned as the author.
