English: Alireza Arafi (born 1959, Meybod) Iranian Shia cleric, Chairman of Al-Mustafa International University, Qom Friday prayer leader and head of Iran's Seminary.
In 1959 in the city Maybod, was born in Yazd province. His late father Ayatollah Mohammad Ibrahim al-Arafi of land and a close friend Ruhollah Khomeini famous scholars who played a significant role in awakening people of Yazd and Maybod. Before the Islamic Revolution Friday Prayers For many years he was on his feet, with arms in the sermon read. Despite his lack of participation in the written test by the Guardian Council to participate in the Assembly of Experts elections of 2015 was confirmed. Because under Article III of the Law Assembly of Experts elections in Iran, which says "those supreme leader - and explicitly or implicitly - have approved their discretion, the Guardian Council will have no need to distinguish scientifically.
فارسی: علیرضا اعرافی (زادهٔ ۱۳۳۸ ـ میبد) روحانی شیعه ایرانی، رئیس جامعه المصطفی العالمیه، امام جمعه قم و رئیس حوزه علمیه سراسر کشور است.
وی در سال ۱۳۳۸ در شهر میبد، واقع در استان یزد به دنیا آمد. پدرش آیت‌الله محمد ابراهیم اعرافی از علمای مشهور آن دیار و از دوستان نزدیک روح‌الله خمینی بود که نقش بسزایی در بیداری مردم میبد و یزد ایفا کرد. وی سال‌ها قبل از انقلاب اسلامی نماز جمعه بر پا می‌کرد و خود، با سلاح در آن خطبه می‌خواند. مادرش نیز از فرزندان شیخ کاظم ملک افضلی اردکانی به شمار می‌آمد. اعرافی از سوی شورای نگهبان برای شرکت در انتخابات مجلس خبرگان رهبری سال ۱۳۹۴ تأیید شد. البته وی در این انتخابات رأی کافی برای ورود به مجلس خبرگان از حوزه انتخابیه تهران را به دست نیاورد. |
