Erbium(III) telluride is an inorganic compound, one of the tellurides of erbium, with the chemical formula Er2Te3. It has a Sc2S3 structure, a space group of Fddd, a band gap of 0.77(5) eV, and semiconducting properties.[1] It can be obtained by the reaction of erbium and tellurium[2][3] or the chemical vapor transport of erbium(III) chloride.[1]
