[edit]This article was initiated by the film's director JulietJulietJuliet (talk) 18:02, 2 October 2023 (UTC)
- Thanks for doing this JulietJulietJuliet, I corrected the template and put it above Mujinga (talk) 19:19, 2 October 2023 (UTC)
JulietJulietJuliet, I'll make some notes as I update the article:
- The synopsis does not need citations and can be up to 400 words. Tjhe lead, the first bit of the article, also doesn't need citations since it will be summarising what comes below.
- "produced by Maya Vision International for Channel 4 Television's Out On Tuesday" - this is no doubt true but I don't really see it in the sources, I suppose it's referred to by "controversial stories such as gays in Nazi Germany" but the docu isn't mentioned by name, so I'll remove that for now. Mujinga (talk) 19:31, 2 October 2023 (UTC)
- It is in the film credits however. JulietJulietJuliet (talk) 19:34, 2 October 2023 (UTC)
- A secondary source would be great, something like this but the BFI muddy the waters by saying it was released with Khush and the production companies for the two films were Channel Four, Maya Vision, Hauer Rawlence Production and Alfalfa Entertainments Mujinga (talk) 07:03, 3 October 2023 (UTC)
- It is in the film credits however. JulietJulietJuliet (talk) 19:34, 2 October 2023 (UTC)
- Could you clarify, were parts one and two released in 1991, or did part two come later? Mujinga (talk) 19:32, 2 October 2023 (UTC)
- Part 2 was shot in 92. JulietJulietJuliet (talk) 20:11, 2 October 2023 (UTC)
- And now it gets screened as one film, with both parts? Mujinga (talk) 07:00, 3 October 2023 (UTC)
- @JulietJulietJuliet I take it that it does, as a 45 minute film. The exBerliner mentions a possible part three? That would be great, but if that is happening I would advise not editing this article any more since it might be seen as promotional. Mujinga (talk) 11:54, 8 October 2023 (UTC)
- Yes now it usually (not always) gets screened as one long piece. There was some optimistic talk of a part 3 at that time but that did not get any serious interest, there are no plans for that. I guess that’ll be a job for the next generation. 2001:5A8:4305:F600:FC4F:495C:1EB9:49CD (talk) 17:43, 8 October 2023 (UTC)

Article still needs work
[edit]@JulietJulietJuliet: the article still needs work because you are adding things that go beynd the sources eg the exberliner link talks about the film being screened but unless I'm missing something, it doesn't back "as part of the Berlin Kultursommerfestival". That might well be true, but you'd need a reliable source to back the claim. Did you find any german language reviews? Newspapers would be great eg taz. Mujinga (talk) 09:57, 4 October 2023 (UTC)
- Just noting that two taz links were added, good luck with the submission! Mujinga (talk) 09:21, 26 October 2023 (UTC)
