Here are some things I noticed (in no particular order) after taking a look at your draft. Just click on the blue links for more detailed information. Also, please understand that these are just intended to be general suggestions. They will improve the draft, but they will not necessarily guarantee that it will eventually be accepted as an article:
Use sentence case for your section headings per MOS:HEAD
You generally only need to use both a person's first and last names once throughout the article per WP:SURNAME. Also, typically the professional name is also written in bold text for the first mention.
Only use Brooks' official website as an external link per WP:ELMINOFFICIAL. Links to Brooks' Twitter, Facebook, and Youtube pages are clearly found on his official website.
Rewrite the "Awards, ..." section as simple prose per WP:PROSE. You do not need to use a bulleted list for a single item.
take a look at WP:WPMAG specific ideas on article layout. The "Early life", "Career", "Personal life" is pretty basic for biographies, but this might be hard because Brooks is still so young and may not have as much of "personal life" as an older more established singer. Information about his parents and famous relatives should be in "Background". Information about wife and kids, partners, charitable activities or other endeavors, etc. should go in "Personal life", but it should only be stuff that reflects what has received significant coverage in reliable sources. Not everything needs to be included.
Make sure your cited sources actually support what is in the article per WP:RSCONTEXT. For example, you say Brooks is related to Chuck Brooks, but the source you cite does not say that at all. Same goes for the stuff about being involved with Grapeseed: This link say nothing at all about that. Do not simply add sources thinking that "more is better" because it's the quality of sources, not the number of sources, that matters.
You generally only need to Wikilink things once per WP:OVERLINK
It's Billboard magazine, not Billboard Magazine. Try and get proper names correct. Also try and use italics for titles of major works per MOS:T#Major works and quotation marks for minor works per MOS:T#Minor works. Also, avoid using curly quotes.
The above are just some general observations. The big hurdle to clear is establishing whether Brooks satisfies WP:MUSICBIO or it is simply too soon for him to have Wikipedia article. You can't establish notability by citing personal websites, blogs, press releases, record labels operated by Brooks himself, and passing mentions in articles about contests or other stuff. You need to show that Brooks satisfies at least one of the WP:MUSICBIO criteria. It might also be a good idea to ask for suggestions at WT:MUSICIANS since the editors in that WikiProject have lots of experience with these types of articles and they may be able provide better, more specific assistance. Good luck. - Marchjuly (talk) 07:50, 9 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
