Change Ali's name
[edit]Currently it's Ali Benson (Benson is the surname of Lily) - it should be Ali Bromley: https://bigbrother.fandom.com/wiki/Ali_Bromley 51.9.142.2 (talk) 14:17, 9 October 2024 (UTC)

Add a note to Rosie "Baked Potato" Williams in the Housemates section that she is currently being addressed as Baked Potato as a result of a task. Eurofreak2000 (talk) 13:28, 10 October 2024 (UTC)

Nominations table suggestion and page suggestion
[edit]Since I can't edit the nominations table (and the page, since I am not extended confirmed) and that this might require some discussion, I might put them here:
- I don't think that there should be a separate row for Head of House, if we are following a previous series with the same twist. If we are not following that, maybe we should add the Head of House row on that series page instead?
- I personally would prefer to have some sort of multiple columns for nominated housemates and against the public vote, in a similar style as Series 11 and Series 19 especially if the save-and-replace is used other than the killer nomination. Something in a similar style to this:
Nominated (pre-HoH) |
none | Ali, Daze, Lily |
A & B, C & D |
---|---|---|---|
HoH decision | Martha (to nominate) |
A & B (to save) E & F (to replace) | |
Against public vote |
Baked Potato, Dean, Nathan, Ryan |
Ali, Daze, Lily, Martha |
C & D, E & F |
This might be a complicated task to do, especially with two options, but I prefer something like this, other than having all HoH decisions in the same table space, which might confuse some readers.
I also have a suggestion as well in regards to the page, especially with the Head of House, where we list how the HoH is decided like in Series 9, as it is one of the main twists for this series. However, it is up to the eligible editors to add them or not (I will be able to add it post-series after the protection, if it is not lifted)

Week 3 nominations
[edit]Just to be aware that the housemates were nominating pairs for eviction NOT individual housemates so this needs to be reflected in the nominations table. Thanks. MSalmon (talk) 09:04, 21 October 2024 (UTC)

Name of the article
[edit]The title Big Brother (British TV series) series 21 looks sloppy, why can't it be named Big Brother 21 (British series) ? It has probably been discussed already, but the titles of all BBUK series on Wikipedia are awful and not sure why anybody chose this. The 'series 21' part looks like it should either be in brackets or just having 21 without the word 'series' would look more professional. The word 'series' features twice in the title, obviously American English uses the word 'season' as opposed to 'series', but the U.S BB writes article title as Big Brother 21 (American season). The UK titles are all over the place. Reli source (talk) 23:18, 26 October 2024 (UTC)
Marcello's last name
[edit]Marcello's last name is Dentamaro, as he stated on Big Brother: Live Stream BigBroDude (talk) 23:19, 27 October 2024 (UTC)
- @BigBroDude Do you have a source for this? MSalmon (talk) 06:53, 28 October 2024 (UTC)
User:Msalmon it was mentioned last night on the live stream, but here are various sources backing it up. His surname is Dentamaro [2] [3] — Preceding unsigned comment added by 90.192.76.192 (talk) 01:20, 29 October 2024 (UTC)strike sock-- Ponyobons mots 16:32, 29 October 2024 (UTC)- I think we should use his stage name for now as that is what his instagram (@marcellospooks) says. I don't know what other people think though so I am not going to change it for now. MSalmon (talk) 09:53, 29 October 2024 (UTC)
- User:Msalmon You said in your edit summary that this had been discussed. It hadn't. You said you were not changing it. Someone else took the initiative to correct it. Marcello's surname is Dentamaro as confirmed by various sources and Marcello himself during the programme. This needs changing back please. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Martha Church (talk • contribs) 14:07, 31 October 2024 (UTC)
- First of all I didn't say that and secondly that's why it needs to be discussed MSalmon (talk) 14:16, 31 October 2024 (UTC)

Segun’s choices to enter the vault should be added to his nomination table.
[edit]He nominated those he wanted to enter the vault and gave his reasons. He should have a yellow square and those nominated should have a blue square. 2A0A:EF40:686:6801:5175:DAFD:1B60:4670 (talk) 21:48, 11 November 2024 (UTC)

- I agree, these count as nominations as he picked them to be against the public vote (even if it were already running). This should be separated on Week 6 (Final) into Day 36 under a separate column. Hwikipedianuk (talk) 16:54, 12 November 2024 (UTC)
- Only Ali, Nathan, and Baked Potato were against the public vote and Nathan put them there, he even used the phrase "putting them up for nomination" in the show and I think the nominations table is unclear if we don't treat this as a separate eviction (as it is). Hwikipedianuk (talk) 16:56, 12 November 2024 (UTC)
- If you want to include it then be my guest but don't put any nominations in just have 'no nominations' in the cells, and leave the public vote as the 9 housemates (use this [4] as a guide if it helps) MSalmon (talk) 17:33, 12 November 2024 (UTC)
