PropMix is a real estate technology company based in Queens, New York, providing data analytics and artificial intelligence solutions. Founded in 2016, the company delivers services for mortgage lenders, credit bureaus, realtors, appraisers, and investors to help automate and optimize property valuations.^[1]

History

Founded in 2016, PropMix evolved from Software Incubator, Inc., which had been involved in real estate data collection since 2003. The founding team includes experts with prior experience working in artificial intelligence at companies such as IBM Watson, JP Morgan, and Citi.^[2]

In 2021, PropMix enhanced its platform by introducing predictive models tailored to various segments of the real estate industry.^[3]
