Mouaad Ibriz is a Moroccan diplomat who has served as the Consul General of Morocco in London[1][2] since September 2024. Over his career, Ibriz has held significant positions in Morocco's foreign service, contributing to the Kingdom's diplomatic relations with key global partners, especially the United Kingdom, United States, and Caribbean nations. His diplomatic experience spans over 18 years, with roles in strategic advisory, embassy management, and high-level international diplomacy.

Early Life and Education

Ibriz holds a Master of Arts in Conflict Resolution and Transformation (with honors)[3] from Eastern Mennonite University, Virginia, USA, earned under a Fulbright Scholarship in 2006. He also graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies (with honors) from Al Akhawayn University in 2004.
