Miss Vibhaa 2024 was the 5th edition of Miss Vibhaa pageant by Umanga Creation; held at Heritage Garden, Sanepa, Nepal, where Prema Lamgade emerged as the winner.[1] National Director Bhoomi Pathak crowned her with the most valuable crown, worth 25 lakhs. As the titleholder,[2] Prema represented Nepal at Miss Grand International 2024 in Cambodia and Thailand, where she secured a spot in the Top 30 during the "Miss Grand Voice" category.[3]
Background
[edit]Miss Vibhaa 2024 marks the rebranding of the Nepali beauty contest organized by Umanga Creation which was formerly called 'Miss Universe Nepal 2020-2023' after it withdrew the Miss Universe license. Though the name "Miss Vibhaa" was introduced in 2024, this edition is considered by Umanga Creation as the fifth in the series, as they retroactively renamed its previous competitions (2020–2023) under the Miss Vibhaa banner. The rebranding aimed to create a distinct identity for the pageant,[4] separate from the global Miss Universe franchise.
