Economy
[edit]The economy of Katabu is primarily agrarian, with farming serving as the main source of income for the majority of the population.[3] The fertile land in the region supports the cultivation of staple crops such as maize, millet, sorghum, and groundnuts, both the native Bambara groundnut and the introduced peanut.[4][5][6]
