[edit]The film was set to hit screens on October 7, 2022.[4] The motion poster shows a couple (Nimisha Sajayan and actor Vijay Andalkar) standing in the kitchen with tiffins in their hands. Nimisha Sajayan had said, "I had watched a Marathi film 'One Room Kitchen' directed Mahesh Tillekar. So, I think language is not a barrier for me. Whenever we are at home, we do watch Marathi dance shows" "When I read the script of 'Hawahawai', it appealed to me a lot. So, I decided that I going to do this film and I hope people too like it" Nimisha concluded. Like Mahesh Tillekar's earlier Marathi movie "One Room Kitchen", "Hawahawai" is also expected to be a family movie.
