Har Joseph Terwase (born 7 October 1967) is the Special Adviser On Security and internal affairs to the Executive Governor of Benue State, Hyacinth Iormem Alia. he is manned with the duty to coordinate all security outfits in the state such as the Livestock Guards, Volunteer Guards, Vigilante Group Of Nigeria and the Nigerian Hunters and also to liaise with other security operatives such as the Nigerian Army, Nigerian Police Force, and Nigeria Security & Civil Defense Corps.[1]
