Olumide Frederick Adetiba is a professional known for his work in strategic human resource management, organizational development, and advocacy for change in Africa. He is the Co-founder and Executive Director of the Madiba Foundation for Good Governance, where he supports social equality within development initiatives for Africans and marginalized groups.[1]
Olumide has held positions in HR, Admin, and Finance at Premium Times, eventually becoming Director of Operations. In this role, he supported the Premium Times Centre for Investigative Journalism (PTCIJ), now the Center for Journalism Innovation and Development (CJID), managing grants from international donors like the Ford Foundation, MacArthur Foundation, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.[2]
Throughout his career, Olumide has developed expertise in human resource management, human capital development, administration, operations management, organizational development, finance, business development, project management, and media management.
Advocacy and Board Memberships:
Olumide supports good governance and youth empowerment in Africa. He contributes to the Not-Too-Young-To-Run movement and serves on boards and advisory panels of organizations including:
Global Freedom Network Finishers Initiative for Social Transformation Center for Journalism Innovation and Development Madiba Foundation for Good Governance Premium Times[3] He also serves as a Lead Steward at The Finishing Church.[4]
