Chad Alexander[1] is a seasoned NFL executive with over 25 years of experience in player evaluation and personnel management. He currently serves as the Los Angeles Chargers' Assistant General Manager, where he plays a key role in shaping the team’s roster and draft strategy. Before joining the Chargers, Alexander was the Director of Player Personnel for the New York Jets, where he contributed to drafting standout players like Sauce Gardner and Garrett Wilson, both of whom earned NFL Offensive and Defensive Rookie of the Year honors in 2022.
