Amber Atherton (born 9 February 1991) is a British entrepreneur.

Early life and career

Atherton was born and brought up in Hong Kong, and educated at boarding school in England. [1]

In 2009 Atherton created My Flash Trash,[2] a jewellery e-commerce business that sold in 2016 to manufacturing company Nefertiti Group Ltd.[3]

Atherton appeared as a cast member on Channel 4 reality television show Made in Chelsea.[4] She appeared as a Business Buddy on the BBC's show Pocket Money Pitch and was a judge for the Ryman National Enterprise Challenge.[5] Atherton was listed as the "5th-Most Powerful Person in Digital Fashion" by British Vogue in 2011.[6]

Atherton was featured in Forbes 30 Under 30, Europe: Retail & E-Commerce in 2016.[7]

In 2021 Atherton joined Discord, as an employee, through the acqui-hire[8] of her community marketing startup Zyper.[9][10]
