Ali Zulfikar Zahedi[1][2] (born 1 January 1976) is a Bangladeshi film producer, director, screenwriter and lyricist. He gained recognition for his first feature film Kagoj-The Paper[3][4] Distributed by Addrian Productions and produced by Ali Zulfikar Zahedi . Mamunun Hasan Emon and Airin Sultana[5] played the central roles in the film[6]

Journey into filmmaking
[edit]Ali Zulfikar Zahedi's filmmaking journey began alongside a corporate career. His first feature film "Kagoj - The Paper" won critical acclaim internationally .[9] The film depicts the philosophical journey of a writer's life. Ali Zulfikar Zahedi[10] became the first Bangladeshi director to receive life membership of Indian Movie Producers Association (IMPPA) and Indian Film and Television Directors Association (IFTDA).[11]
