Charles "Charlie" Sage (birth unknown – death unknown) was a Welsh rugby union and professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1920s. He played representative level rugby union (RU) for Glamorgan County RFC, and at club level for Mountain Ash RFC, and representative level rugby league (RL) for Wales, and at club level for Hunslet, as a prop or hooker.[1]

Charlie Sage won caps for Wales while at Hunslet in 1925 against England (2-matches).[1]
