Athletics
[edit]Central Islip fields varsity and junior varsity athletic teams in Section 11 of the New York State Public High School Athletic Association, including cross country, soccer, volleyball, football, swimming, tennis, bowling, basketball, wrestling, baseball, softball, and track.
