Hmmm, Royal patronage, isn't that something else? The organisations are allowed to have the predicate Royal added in their name, but doesn't a patronage include a patron (a Royal for instance?) In some cases this might be true, but for instance companies don't have a patron as far as I know of. I think this category should be renames? Hmm, you have a good point here, I'm confused now.... To know it for sure we should look at pages of British organisations with the Royal patronage. For example the Royal Institute of Oil Painters? Demophon (talk) 17:25, 22 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
