new idea to solve air pollution problem

I have a new idea to manufacture a filtration device (filter), can reduce the ratio of almost 99% of the emissions (resulting from the combustion of gasoline and diesel ) which is coming out of the exhaust of cars and means of transport, ships and factories . was carried out some preliminary experiments which is proved the success of the new device and the idea 100%. Now I am looking for someone who can help me in order to sell this new idea or registration in the international departments for scientific research and invention. Also i am ready to give all the information, explanation, details and carry out the experiments at any international conference , Provided that the global intellectual property protection under international auspices.Thank you.

لدي فكرة جديدة لتصنيع جهاز ترشيح (فلتر)، يمكن أن يقلل من نسبة ما يقرب من 99٪ من الانبعاثات الضارة (الناتجة عن احتراق البنزين والديزل) التي تخرج من عوادم السيارات ووسائل النقل والسفن والمصانع . أجريت بعض التجارب الأولية التي أثبتت نجاح الجهاز الجديد والفكرة 100٪. الآن أنا أبحث عن شخص يمكن أن يساعدني من أجل بيع هذه الفكرة الجديدة أو تسجيلها في إدارات البحوث العلمية والاختراع. أيضا أنا على استعداد لتقديم كل المعلومات والشرح والتفاصيل وإجراء التجارب في أي مؤتمر دولي , بشرط توافر حماية الملكية الفكرية العالمية وتحت رعاية دولية 41.46.180.44 (talk) 22:49, 10 December 2015 (UTC)Mouneir
