A PLACEMENT QUESTION
[edit]Why is Participants in World War Two listed under empires? In the first place many of them, such as China,were not empires. In the second place the title participants in World War Two does not name a specific empire the way every other title in the category does. It is a fascinating topic,but does it belong here?
