Blackout or Power outage
[edit]Wouldn't it be better to use the phrase power outage, rather than blackout. It seems inconsistent to use a word for which wikipedia gives a different title (there is no blackout article). Speaking of consistency, choosing one and sticking with it would be nice also. 134.250.72.141
- I agree with this. "Power outages" would probably be a better category title since it would match the article. Jason Quinn (talk) 16:55, 20 March 2010 (UTC)
- Is the category only for power blackouts, or does it include transient faults and brownouts? All three are listed as types of power outages and I would suggest moving the category to Category:power blackouts or Category:electrical blackouts if it is limited to only one type of outage. —Ost (talk) 16:47, 30 March 2010 (UTC)
How to sort?
[edit]How should the articles in this category be sorted? It seems like most of the entries are sorted by year. This would be fine but it's not obvious that they are being sorted by year unless you look at the source code. Jason Quinn (talk) 16:55, 20 March 2010 (UTC)
