Indictable offence or equiv only

In the discussion Wikipedia:Categories for discussion/Log/2011 January 10#Category:British politicians convicted of driving offences the consensus was that only Indictable offences or equivalent (generally capable of Crown Court trial), and not Summary offences (usually at Magistrates' Court), should be recorded in this category. This is "because it is rare that the commission of a summary offence will be a defining characteristic of a person". I'll make a note of this in the section intro.
