Brian Groom

Brian Groom (born 1956) is a journalist and writer born in Stretford and best known for his books Northerners and Made in Manchester.[1][2]
Life and career
[edit]He has spent most of his journalism career at the Financial Times, where he was assistant editor. He is a former editor of Scotland on Sunday. He is interested in British regional and national affairs. He now lives in Saddleworth.[3]
