Mecodina is a genus of moths of the family Erebidae first described by Achille Guenée in 1852.[1][2][3]
Description
[edit]Palpi sickle shaped, where the second joint reaching vertex of head. Third joint long and naked. Thorax and abdomen smoothly scaled. Mid and hind tibia slightly fringed with hair on outer side. Forewing with rectangular apex. Areole usually narrow. Hindwings with vein 5 from close to lower angle of cell.[4]
