Aleksandr Eduardovich Koksharov (Russian: Александр Эдуардович Кокшаров; born 20 December 2004) is a Russian footballer who plays as a forward for FC Krasnodar and FC Krasnodar-2.

Career

Koksharov made his debut for FC Krasnodar on 28 September 2022 in a Russian Cup game against Pari Nizhny Novgorod.[2] He made his Russian Premier League debut for Krasnodar on 3 October 2022 against Krylia Sovetov Samara.[3] He scored his first RPL goal for Krasnodar on 21 May 2023 against FC Rostov.[4]

Personal life

His father Eduard Koksharov is an Olympic champion in handball.[5] Aleksandr was born in Celje, Slovenia, where his father was playing club handball at the time.
