Alcona Community Schools is a school district headquartered in Gustin Township, Michigan, United States.[4][5] The district has about 700 students and its service area has about 400 square miles (1,000 km2) of land in Alcona County.[6][7]
In 2000 the district was experimenting with university preparatory classes for high school students.[8]
Schools
[edit]The schools are Alcona Elementary School (K–6) and Alcona Community High School (7–12). The schools share the same campus, located along Barlow Road, south of Lincoln.[9]
