The 2025 Philippine House of Representatives elections in Central Visayas are scheduled to be held on May 12, 2025, as part of the 2025 Philippine general election.

Incumbent Edgar Chatto (National Unity Party) is running for a third and final term. Chatto was re-elected with 70.95% of the vote in 2022.
