Three-time defending champion Diede de Groot[1] defeated Aniek van Koot in the final, 6–4, 6–4 to win the ladies' singles wheelchair tennis title at the 2024 Wimbledon Championships. It was her 16th consecutive major title and record-extending 23rd overall.
