The 2024 Houston Dynamo season was the 19th season of the team's existence since joining Major League Soccer (MLS) prior to the 2006 season. The Dynamo made the playoffs in 2023 for the first time since 2017. The Dynamo also competed in the 2024 CONCACAF Champions Cup after winning the 2023 U.S. Open Cup.

2024 was the second season under head coach Ben Olsen and the third season under GM Pat Onstad and technical director Asher Mendelsohn. It was the fourth season (third full season) under majority owner Ted Segal.
