The 2023–24 season was the 125th season in the existence of AC Milan and the club's 90th season in the top flight of Italian football. In addition to the domestic league, Milan participated in this season's editions of the Coppa Italia, the UEFA Champions League (entering in the group stage) and the UEFA Europa League (entering in the knockout phase).

This season was the fifth and final to feature Stefano Pioli as the senior team's head coach.
